Very cute, and no it is not too hard to read! Darling picture, but definitely make it bigger if possible!
I like the design, but I think it distracts from the writing. It depends what you want to emphasize.
And make the pic bigger.

I liked the design too, for a day. Then it annoyed me. Plus there was no way to make the picture bigger, the template wouldn't allow it.
So we have reverted back to minima. Maybe I'll change it again. Maybe not. But I appreciate the input.
